Appetizer ~ Dublin Coddle- Our twist on a traditional Irish Stew. Potato Pancake(Boxty) layered with slices of slow cooked Sausage, Bacon, Onions and potatoes, baked to perfection and finished with pan jus Paired with Lancaster Brewing Milk Stout.
Entrée: Bacon and Cabbage- Slices of Irish Style Bacon served with Boiled Green Cabbage over Colcannon, finished with a Dijon Mustard and Parsley Cream sauce. Paired with Rusty Rails Blonde Ale.
Dessert: Irish Apple Cake Paired with Wyndridge Crafty Cider Beer.
